Squats can help tighten your thighs by helping to build up your leg muscles as well as your calves, hamstrings and quadriceps.

Besides tightening your thighs squats when done daily can help improve your upper and lower body strength.

So make sure you do the squats daily if you want to see tighter thighs and improve your lower and upper body strength.
