Dogs can eat raw chicken safely but before feeding the dog the raw chicken get a pot of water boiling and then boil the chicken for a few minutes to kill the bacteria and any potential Salmonella in the chicken.
Vets sometimes put dogs on a raw meat diet and you always just boil the meat for a few minutes to kill off the bacteria and then it will be safe for the dog to eat.
However dogs in the wild have always eaten raw meat without getting sick so if your dog eats just a little bit of raw chicken or other meat without it being cooked first then the dog should be just fine.
But I would always just boil the meat and chicken for just a little bit to kill off the bacteria.
