A Sociopath is someone with a lack of empathy for others and someone who shows no remorse for harming or killing someone or something.
Sociopaths also are highly anti social as well and usually stay to themselves.
A high functioning Sociopath is just a Sociopath that has an above average intelligence and a more advanced IQ than a lower functioning Sociopath.
