A narcissists is someone who has a lack of empathy for others and callousness as well as an excessive need for admiration, disregard for others' feelings, an inability to handle any criticism, and a sense of entitlement.

A Sociopath is someone who has a lack of remorse for something they did to someone and lack of regard for their own safety or the safety of others.

When you put a sociopath and narcissist together to make a narcissistic sociopath you have a bad combination which means that the person is likely to be more of a danger to themselves or other people around that narcissistic sociopath.

If you think someone is a narcissistic sociopath then you should try and get that person some help and therapy before they do something to land them in prison or harm or kill someone.

Sometimes the narcissistic Sociopath can be helped while sometimes they may not be able to be helped but it's a good idea to help get them some help anyway.
