It doesn't really matter whether you pay your car insurance monthly or in full each year.
Although sometimes you can get a discount on your car insurance by paying the car insurance in full instead of monthly so if you can it may be best to pay your car insurance in full each year instead of monthly.
I pay my car insurance in full each year because I save $200.00 over the year by paying it in full which is not a huge amount but still a savings.
