Sometimes you can have high blood pressure without any symptoms at all but yes seeing spots is a sign of high blood pressure so if you're suddenly seeings spots have your blood pressure checked either at home or at the doctors office.

Normal blood pressure should be around 120 over 80 and anything higher it could be leading hypertension.

Other signs and symptoms of high blood pressure and hypertension are headaches and dizziness, Facial flushing, nosebleeds, nausea and heart palpitations.

If your blood pressure is high you can usually lower the blood pressure by drinking some water or some water with a tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar.

You can also lower blood pressure by taking a tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar without the water if you want too.

If you cannot get the blood pressure lowered at home you should seek medical attention because high blood pressure can cause heart disease, strokes, heart attacks and even death.
