After you have a biopsy performed you can usually return to any normal activities after the biopsy is over with however if you've been given general anesthesia and were sedated during the biopsy procedure you should not drive due to the drowsiness that you could still experience.
Always have someone available to drive you home after you've had a biopsy especially if you're gonna be given general anesthesia to be sedated which most people are when they have a biopsy done.
