I suffer from Insomnia and some nights just can't fall asleep no matter what I try. I find myself staying up until daylight and then I feel so awful and although I try to sleep during the day I can hardly sleep until that next night.

Is it bad for my health to stay up all night?

Staying up all night should be avoided if at all possible. Getting very little sleep can lead to heart problems as well.

Getting at least 8 hours of sleep per night is essential to your health and well being. Your body needs sleep to recharge itself.
