Most new first time home buyers stay in the same home from 6 to 13 years with 13 years being the longest and average length of time that the first time home buyers stay in their first home.
Unless the person is an older person most people only stay in their homes that they buy either first time or if it's there second or third home they typically don't stay in the home longer than 13 to 17 years before moving out and moving to a new home or new state or town.
Me personally I've been in this home for 7 years and hope to move out of it in the next 10 years and purchase a piece of land in the countryside and build a new home and live the rest of my life out there.
