A Pit Bull will live from 7 to 12 years but some Pit Bulls have lived as long as 14 years but it's rare.
If you keep the Pit Bull healthy and have it's regular vet checkups then you can prolong it's life by just a little bit but don't expect the Pit Bull to live past 14 although it can happen.
Most Pit Bulls die of old age by 12 years old at the latest.
