A good way to get rid of a stuffy nose is to rinse your nostrils out using a saline solution which can clean the virus out of your nose.
You can use a Neti Pot or something else to get some saline solution such as salt water into your nostrils which can help clean your nose out and clear the blockage.
Using some Vicks Vaporub under your nostrils can also help and using a humidifier or vaporizer or even steam from a hot shower can also help clear up a stuffy nose.
Taking antihistamines, staying well hydrated and even using a warm compress on your nose can help get rid of the stuffy nose.
