A very common cause of a motorcycles brakes squeaking is the brake pads become contaminated with oil or other residue that splashes up onto the brake pads from the road when your riding the motorcycle down the road.
You could also have a warped brake rotor on the motorcycle which if warped needs replaced.
I would take the motorcycle to a qualified motorcycle shop and have them look over the motorcycles braking system just to be safe.
