If you're able to drop your calorie intake to 1,200 calories and eat a healthy diet and exercise then you should be able to safely lose 3 lbs per week which is a safe amount of weight to lose in one week.

So since there are 4 weeks in a month you should be able to lose 12 lbs per month and in 6 months you should be able to safely lose 72 lbs in 6 months time or 144 lbs in 1 year.

Losing anymore weight than that may not be safe so you should consult with your doctor before trying to lose anymore weight than 3 lbs per week.

It all depends on the features of your body. You should contact your doctor before you start to lose weight. Each person has its own characteristics and everyone loses weight in different ways. Personally, I lost 15 kilos in 4 months and I am very happy. I eating only healthy food and stopped using alcohol and smoking.
