Will gas go down with the ceasefire?

Gas prices are likely to go down at least some with the ceasefire, but don't expect a huge drop.

I wouldn't expect a huge drop in gas prices until at least 2027 or 2028 and certainly not until Donald Trump or more fitting Dumb Trump is out of office in Jan 20th, 2029.

Gas prices are expected to go back down eventually, by at least September of 2026.

It's also expected that gas prices are supposed to decline slightly by June 2026, but not by much and it could still remain high or even rise again.

The gas prices have stopped me from traveling out of state to see my parents and my sister.

I was planning on a trip last month and then this month and then the gas prices went up and I cannot afford it.

I'm not driving as much right now to save on gas cost.

Hopefully gas does go back down soon, as I really need to see my parents and need to be able to afford driving again.

It's already hard enough with food prices and energy bills and other household bills.

When gas prices go up, so does the food we eat as it takes vehicles that use gas and diesel to deliver the food to us.

I can't wait until Dumb Trump is out of office.

Gas prices currently have went down some here today.

On May 2nd, I put gasoline in my truck and gas was $4.09 a gallon at the gas station here in town and in the town 15 miles away at Murphy's gas station, the gas was $3.85 and I put more in there.

Now gas at least at Murphy's in the town 15 miles away is $3.69 so it has gone down some and I hope it continues to go down.

Gas prices are also dropping here a bit, which is good.

I'm planning on taking a trip to see my parents 1,000 miles away this summer and hope I can afford to do so.
