Can an uninsured driver sue an insured driver?

Yes they could but it's very unlikely that the Uninsured Driver would sue an insured driver because they would be admitting in court that they are uninsured and could get into trouble.

If someone hit your vehicle though and they're Uninsured and you're insured then you could sue that uninsured driver and hopefully make them pay for damages or injuries but it will be hard to get anything out of an uninsured driver.

If an uninsured driver happens to hit your vehicle your insurance should cover any damages to your vehicle as well as any injuries you may sustain.

Like the other person said it's possible for the uninsured driver to sue a insured driver but they likely won't and even if they do your insurance should cover you and the uninsured driver but it can depend on the policy.
