Can someone not on your insurance drive your car?

As long as you give the person permission to drive your car then yes the person can drive your car even if they're not listed on your auto insurance policy.

Your insurance policy or there insurance policy on their other vehicle should cover any damages or injuries should the person get into a wreck.

I've driven other peoples vehicles before and once got into a wreck and their auto insurance covered the damages to the other persons vehicle.
