If you get spices into your eye you should immediately splash water in your eye or get under the shower with your eye and run water over the eye to remove spices from the eye.
You may have to wash the eyes out a few more times before you get all the spices out of your eyes and avoid touching your eyes again with your hands or fingers until you've washed your hands a few times with soap and water.
After washing your hands with soap you can use a paper towel and dip the paper towel in some milk and then apply the milk to the burning eye.
The milk will get rid of the burning sensation of the spices and you can also dip your fingers in the milk as well to get rid of the spices.
