Even Luvs or other size 7 diapers may fit your 8 year old son.

Forcing an 8 year old boy into diapers full time is not okay, unless he actually needs to wear them.

It's not a good thing, to force diapers on an 8 year old boy full time for punishment, or for simply wetting his pants or pooping his pants.

Forcing diapers on an 8 year old boy when he doesn't need them can be seen as child abuse and can cause emotional trauma, embarrassment and psychological trauma as well.

But if the 8 year old boy needs diapers for nighttime or daytime then it's okay for them to wear them and if he has incontinence and needs diapers, then forcing him to wear diapers all the time is okay, but not as punishment.
