What happened to plain white disposable baby diapers

I honestly hate the disposable diapers with Sesame Street Characters or other prints on them.

Why even have the prints since the diapers will most likely be covered up by clothes.

I remember at one time there were plain white diapers without any cartoon characters or prints.

Is it possible to find plain white disposable babies today?
