Nikola Tesla did believe in a form of God.

Nikola Tesla believed in God and often equated the divine with the fundamental laws of physics as well as the universe instead of adhering strictly to traditional religious dogma.

Raised in a devout Serbian Orthodox family, Nikola Tesla, viewed the universe as an ordered great machine and had considered himself to be spiritual at heart.

Nikola Tesla also had famously stated, "What one man calls God, another calls the laws of physics".

And so Nikola Tesla viewed the universe as a great machine, which never came into being and will never end.

Nikola Tesla was born to a Serbian Orthodox priest and he was also deeply influenced by his upbringing, however Nikola Tesla's later views were also more unconventional.

Also Nikola Tesla had mentioned that he prayed daily, although his methods of praying daily changed over his lifetime.

And he had believed that mental power also comes from a "Divine Being".

Also while Nikola Tesla also respected various faiths, Nikola Tesla also tended to see religion as an ideal force that was designed to free humans from material bonds.

Nikola Tesla although did not believe in a personal God with human like properties.

Nikola Tesla was a Serbian-American inventor and electrical engineer whose work on alternating current (AC) systems revolutionized electricity generation and distribution.

Nikola Tesla's inventions, including the Tesla coil and contributions to wireless communication, laid the foundation for many modern technologies.

Nikola Tesla was born July 10th 1856 and died on January 7th 1943.

Nikola Tesla died of heart failure, specifically coronary thrombosis, at the age of 86 on January 7, 1943, in his New York City hotel room, where he was found after he hadn't visited his room's service for a few days, having spent his final years caring for pigeons.
