Coconut Oil is safe to eat in moderation and can provide lots of health benefits but you should not eat more than 2 spoonfuls of coconut oil per day.

Eating more than 2 spoons of coconut oil per day could cause digestive issues or an upset stomach which could make you sick.

Eating too much coconut oil could even cause you to gain more weight instead of helping you to lose weight so just take the coconut oil in moderation and you'll reap the health benefits of it along with helping you lose weight if that's your goal as well.
