In order to sell a house you bought with an FHA loan you must remain in and occupy the house with the FHA loan for a minimum of 1 year before you can sell it to someone else and move out.
The keyword here is you must occupy the home for the year as well before you can sell it and move to another house when you have the FHA loan.
