It's normal for the water pressure to drop somewhat when you flush the toilet because when you flush the toilet the fill valve opens up to allow water into the toilet tank.

That water coming into the toilet tank then drops the pressure a little from the other faucets or your shower.

A pressure balancing valve on a shower can stop the shower from losing water pressure when someone flushes a toilet or uses a faucet in your house.
