Your Homeowners insurance should not go up every single year unless you make a lot of claims or they determine your home is in a high risk area.
My Homeowners insurance stays the same amount every month and every year and so far hasn't gone up since I've never put in a claim or anything or needed to use the Homeowners insurance yet.
