Yes visiting Urgent Care is almost always more expensive than visiting your regular doctor since you're requiring Urgent Treatment when visiting the Urgent Care center.
With a doctors visit you have an appointment which makes it cheaper for them to see you.
If you require medical treatment right away either go to the emergency room or urgent care to get treatment but if it can wait and the treatment isn't needed right away then a doctors visit would be more appropriate and cheaper.
