To make a homemade sore throat spray, start by combining a strong herbal tea or even a mixture of some warm water with some apple cider vinegar, honey and salt.

Then add in something peppermint or lemon oil, which are soothing ingredients and then mix the mixture together in a spray bottle other container and then pour into a spray bottle if mixing in another container.

You can also make another simpler version of sore throat spray by mixing 1 cup of warm water with 1/8 teaspoon of salt, or if you want a more complex sore throat spray, steep some herbs such as sage and echi-nacea in hot water and then strain them before combining them with other ingredients like essential oils and honey.

If using essential oils, always use the food grade essential oils and strain the mixture before you pour it into a spray bottle and store it in the refrigerator.

Some other things you can do to stop a sore throat are swallowing a spoonful or two of honey or adding some honey to some warm tea and drink the honey and tea.
