How many steps should you take in a day?

To stay fit and healthy it's best to take at least 10,000 steps per day but if you don't have time to accomplish that many steps in the day you can get by with 3,000 to 4,000 steps per day which will also keep you healthy and fit.

The more you walk the healthier you'll be and if you're trying to lose weight the more you walk the more weight you'll lose.

I walk as much as possible but I don't know exactly how many steps I take but I at least get 1 mile of walking in everyday.
