Fractionated Coconut oil is just essentially Liquid Coconut Oil that has had the long chain fatty acids removed from the coconut oil through a process known as hydrolysis and steam distillation which causes the Coconut Oil to turn into liquid at room temperature and helps to extend the shelf life of the coconut oil.
