The Chinese method of potty training is also known as elimination communication.
The Chinese method of potty training or elimination communication, involves early and frequent pottying of a baby, which often begins in infancy.
The key practices of elimination communication in Chinese potty training methods include holding your baby over a potty or other receptacle, observing your baby's cues and using a specific whistle sound to prompt the baby or child to go potty.
The Chinese also often use split crotch pants also known as kaidangku, to allow children to relieve themselves easily without wearing diapers.
Potty training can also begin from a very young age, and sometimes within days of birth or before the child's first birthday.
A child can be raised with needing diapers, but it also requires lots of work from the parents and you have to be ready to place the child or baby on the toilet to allow them to go.
Babies pee a lot and often poop a lot, especially in the early months of life and so you would have to take the baby to the toilet a lot.
Although as the baby got older and peed less often and pooped less often it would becomes less work.
Still though I would rather deal with changing diapers until the child is ready to potty train and can get themselves to the toilet.
