Yes at 16 years old you have the legal rights to go to a doctor without your parents or parents consent and you have a right to confidentiality from the doctor at 16 years old.

That means you can go to a doctor and see them about something and they must keep the information confidential and not tell your parents about the problem without your consent.

As long as you have health insurance coverage or a way to pay for the doctors visit without your parents you can see a doctor anytime without your parents being present or knowing about it.

You can see your doctor without your parents but if you're 18 or under then you will need to have a form signed by your parents allowing the doctor to treat you as a minor.

If you're 18 or under your guardian must complete a Permission to Treat a Minor Form to allow the doctor to see and treat the minor even at 18 in some places before the doctor can treat you legally.

That is unless it's an emergency or life and death situation then they can treat you without a parents consent.
