I have the office chair Argomax Mesh Ergonomic Office Chair that I bought on Amazon for $230.00 and it's a great office chair for sitting long hours and helps to support my back.
I find that the Argomax Mesh Ergonomic Office Chair is the best office chair for sitting long hours and for lumbar support.
I've tried other chairs but they never came close to being as comfortable or providing the greatest lumbar support as this one does.
