Yes it's best to wake up at the same time every day because your body gets used to the sleep and wake times which helps you sleep better.
I always try and go to bed at the same time every night which is 10:00 PM and then get up by 6:00 AM so I have enough time to eat breakfast and take a shower, get dressed etc and be ready to leave the house for work since I have to be at my job at 8:00 AM but I try to get to the place about 10 minutes before 8:00 AM so I'm just sitting there and can walk into the job within a few minutes before 8:00 AM
