About 1 in 5 people in the USA are awake by 5:30 AM and the rest of the people are usually awake by 6:00 AM to 6:30 AM and most everyone is awake by 7:00 AM however some people sleep in later until 12:00 PM
For me I'm in bed at 10:00 PM and awake by 6:00 AM everyday and night because I have to be at work by 8:00 AM on weekdays.
That gives me the needed 8 hours of sleep for myself to function properly during the day.
I try to go to bed at the same time every night and wake up the same time in the morning because I find I sleep better because my body associates that time of night with sleeping.
