Yes Pine Sol can safely be used to clean wood including wooden tables and wood floors.
I always use Pine Sol to mop my hardwood floors and it leaves the hardwood floors smelling nice and looking nice.
Just add a 1/4 cup of pine sol to a gallon of mop water to mop your floors with or mix some pine sol with water and spray the pine sol mixture onto the wood you want to clean and then wipe it up with a paper towel or sponge.
