The brightest tactical flashlight I've ever owned is the FENIX TK35 2000 lumen Ultimate Edition flash light.
I paid $140.00 for it online but it was well worth the expensive price for it as it beats any flashlight I've ever owned before and is very bright and I can see about a mile away with the FENIX TK35 2000 lumen Ultimate Edition flashlight.
I'm sure there's other bright tactical flashlights available but that is the brightest flashlight I've owned.
