You can get heat exhaustion at around 85 F or 90 F but you have a much higher chance of getting heat exhaustion if you're out working in temperatures of 95 F or above.

When out working in the hot weather you should take frequent breaks to cool down and get out of the heat and sun and stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water or other hydrating drinks even if you're not thirsty.

Some signs of heat exhaustion are Confusion, Dark-colored urine (a sign of dehydration), Dizziness, Fainting,

Fatigue, Headache, Muscle or abdominal cramps and Nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea.

If you think you or someone has heat exhaustion you need to get them or yourself to a cool place and seek medical attention as it can lead to a heat stroke and you should take heat exhaustion very seriously as it can be fatal.
