Can you get diabetes from eating too much fruit?

Eating fruit in moderation is healthy for you overall but yes if you eat too much fruit at a time then you increase blood sugar levels which can lead to diabetes overtime.

You have more of a risk of developing diabetes though if you have someone in your family such as a mom or dad that has diabetes and eating fruit too much can increase those chances of diabetes.
