There is a term known as Sitophobia which is a fear of food and eating but that's not the same as fear of eating in front of other people.
Having a fear of eating in front of other people doesn't really have a term that it's known by but it's a part of social anxiety.
When you suffer from social anxiety you can also suffer from a fear of eating in front of other people.
