The STD that causes white spots on skin is Molluscum contagiosum which causes small, raised, painless bumps that are often pearly white or fleshed colored.

Syphilis in it's secondary stage can cause a rash of white spots on your skin, most particularly on the palms and soles.

Chlamydia can cause white spots or discharge in your genital area.
