If your back pain is from your breasts you will often known by the symptoms.

When your back pain is from your breasts you will often have shoulder pain, neck pain, indentations from bra straps or posture issues.

Back pain that occurs in your upper back and shoulders can be a common thing for women that have large breasts.

The weight of large breasts can strain the muscles and ligaments in your back, which can lead to pain and discomfort.

The weight of large breasts can also pull your shoulders forward, causing strain and pain in your upper back and shoulder area and the forward pull can also result in neck pain as the body tries to compensate for the weight.

With back pain from your breasts you may also find yourself hunching over or slouching over to try and counterbalance the weight of your breasts, which can make the back pain worse.

If your back pain occurs on the right side below your bra line or below your bra line on either side it can be a result of muscle strain, poor posture, referred pain from other areas of the body or even poorly fitting bras.

Wearing a bra that has too tight of straps or bras with bands can dig into your back and cause pain and discomfort.

Also poor posture, especially slouching or prolonged sitting can also strain the muscles in the area along your bra line and lead to your back hurting along your bra line.

Some medical conditions can also cause your back to hurt along your bra line and cause pain in your thoracic spine, which is located where the bra band sits.

If the pain along your bra line persists or gets worse you should see a doctor about it although in some case the back pain along your bra line should go away.
