A vehicle that will crank but won't start could be caused by a number of different things such as bad fuel pump, bad ignition control module, low fuel pressure, bad spark plugs, ignition timing being out of whack etc.
Firs thing to do is check for spark using a spark plug spark tester and crank the engine and see if you have spark and if you don't have spark it's an ignition problem but if you have spark then it's either a fuel delivery problem or some other internal engine problem.
Another thing to check for is a fuel safety shut off switch that can be near your seat or even in the trunk of the car as sometimes that switch will trip causing your vehicle to not start.
