No, it's not normal for toddlers to only pee twice a day.

Toddlers should normally be peeing at least 4 times to 7 times a day depending on their fluid intake and activity level.

During hot weather when they are sweating or during times when the toddler is more active they may pee less but even then, the toddler should pee more than twice a day, unless they are holding it in.

Toddlers have a smaller bladder capacity than adults and older kids and usually urinate or pee more frequently.

If the toddler is not peeing more than a few times a day it can be a sign of dehydration or they are not getting enough fluid intake.

You should increase your toddlers fluid intake, especially during hot weather and ensure they are getting enough to drink including water.

If your toddler is severely dehydrated you should take the toddler to the ER as they will need IV fluids in severe dehydration cases.

Infrequent urination in toddlers is often a sign of dehydration, in which the body is not getting enough fluids, although it can also indicate a bladder infection or urinary tract infection in some cases.

If your toddler is only urinating a couple of times a day and has other symptoms such as lethargy, sunken eyes or decreased tears you should take the toddler to the doctor or the ER.
