Ethyl Alcohol can indeed make you drunk if you drink enough of it but it would not taste good and you'd likely not want to drink enough to get drunk from it or get drink any of it at all.
Drinking Ethyl and Isopropyl Alcohol causes slurred speech, blurred vision and dizziness as well as intoxication and could be deadly if drank too much.
Most things containing Ethyl and Isopropyl have been denatured which makes the alcohol undrinkable.
