Young babies have a harder time regulating their body temperature until they're at least 1 year of age so it's best to keep the babies room or house temperature at least 69 F or 75 F.

Never lower the babies room temperature below 69 F otherwise the baby could become sick or have a hard time waking up.

75 F is a much better temperature to keep your babies room and house at during the winter months until the baby is at least 1 year old or older.
