As long as the Philadelphia cheese is pasteurized it's perfectly safe to eat during your pregnancy.

Just avoid any cheeses or dairy products that are not pasteurized and you'll be okay.

My sister ate Philadelphia cheese during her pregnancy with her son and her pregnancy went just fine and her son was born very healthy and is a healthy thriving almost 3 year old now.

Yes Philadelphia cream cheese can be frozen however it's not recommended to freeze Philadelphia cream cheese or any cream cheese because the texture changes when you freeze it.

When you thaw out frozen cream cheese it becomes crumbly and not as fresh tasting as it would be if you just refrigerated it.

Frozen cream cheese including Philadelphia cream cheese that is frozen is better suited for cooking such as casseroles and other baked or cooked dishes where the texture and taste won't be as noticeable.

Also to note that non fat or low fat cream cheeses don't freeze too good so it's not recommended but it's okay to freeze the cream cheese if you want too.

Cream cheese is a soft, usually mild-tasting fresh cheese made from milk and cream.

Stabilizers such as carob bean gum and carrageenan are often added in industrial production.

Freezing cream cheese including Philadelphia Cream cheese is not recommended because it can become crumbly and the texture can change.

This is okay though in baked goods where you won't notice the change in texture or taste.
