Here's how I got my stomach to flatten within a few days with exercise.
- Sit on a mat with your knees bent and your feet on the floor, while holding dumbbells near your shoulders, elbows by sides and palms in.
- Lean back slightly and extend your arms overhead as you lift your feet a few inches off floor and then bring your knees towards your chest.
