Yes you can lose weight doing Jumping Jacks.

I performed Jumpy Jacks everyday 3 times per day for 15 minutes each time and over 6 months I lost 50 lbs just doing the Jumping Jacks.

Doing Jumping Jacks is also healthy for your overall health as well and it's great fun and exercise.

I do Jumping Jacks while watching Television or listening to music.
