How can I stop my toddler from smearing poop on the walls?
My 2 year old toddler boy removes his diaper when poopy and smears the
poop all over the walls?

You should put some packing tape around his diaper. Just be careful to not get it on his skin.

There's also a toddler sleeper pajamas called the little keeper sleeper which is difficult for toddlers to remove and prevents the toddler from getting at his/her diaper.
