A headache that occurs in one spot and/or pain that occurs above or behind your eye are symptoms of a brain aneurysm.

However you usually don't feel any symptoms of the brain aneurysm until it ruptures so if it's hard to know if you're about to have a brain aneurysm however if you do experience symptoms of a brain aneurysm such as a headache in one spot or pain that occurs above or behind your eye you need to see your doctor immediately or get to the emergency room because it's likely that the brain aneurysm has ruptured which can kill you if not treated in time.
