There's really no set amount of bowel movements that a person has to have in a day and it can depend on what they've eaten during the day as well.
The more fiber you eat the more bowel movements you'll likely have and the less fiber based foods you eat the less you'll likely need to poop.
Sometimes I'll have a bowel movement twice per day while other times I can go a week or even two weeks without having a bowel movement and that's okay too.
As long as you're having a bowel movement at least once or twice per month then you're likely okay and not constipated.
